**LOG OUT OF THE OLD GMAIL ACCOUNT EVERYWHERE BEFORE STARTING AND ENABLE POP-UPS
The easiest way to make sure you’re logged out of all devices is to go through your Gmail account. Click the icon with your initial or image in the top right corner of your screen and click ‘Manage your Google Account’
Select the arrow on the device you want to sign out of and select Sign Out
Click security on the left-hand side and scroll down to ‘Your Devices’ and click ‘Manage all devices’
Enable these pop-ups in your new gmail account.
To enable pop-ups, click the lock box icon next to the URL and select ‘Site Settings’
Under settings, find Pop-up and redirects and change the default to ‘Allow’
In the new Gmail account, go to the Gear Icon > See All Settings
Choose ‘Accounts and Import,’ then ‘Import mail and contacts’
Enter your old Gmail account and click Continue
Click Continue again
Another pop-up window will open. Select ‘Use another account’ and enter in the details of your old account or sign in if your old account is there.
Click Allow
Close the sign-in window and wait for Gmail to finish checking
Select options and click ‘Start Import’
Click OK
You can find all imported email in the ‘All Mail’ box. If you don’t see it right away, there should be a drop down menu.
If you want to move these emails to your inbox, select all and drag to ‘Inbox’
Now all of the emails from the old gmail account will be under Labels with the title of your old account.
